Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LeadPrimer, operated by Mahtani Pte Ltd ("LeadPrimer", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What LeadPrimer does

LeadPrimer monitors public LinkedIn signals — comments, reactions, and keyword posts — and delivers a weekly CSV of qualified leads with verified emails and suggested opener lines. You are responsible for using the service and any outreach you conduct in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may only use LeadPrimer for lawful outbound prospecting to contacts with whom you have a genuine business reason to reach out. You may not use the service to harvest data for spam, deception, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

3. Subscription and billing

LeadPrimer is offered on a subscription basis. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with a payment method on file. After the trial, you must maintain a valid subscription to keep deliveries active. Billing is handled by Stripe; you can manage or cancel your subscription from the LeadPrimer billing portal at any time.

4. Data and ownership

You retain ownership of your account data and the leads you receive. We act as a processor, hosting your data with Supabase and delivering emails through Resend. We do not sell your data.

5. Limitation of liability

LeadPrimer is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for third-party platform changes, email deliverability, or the accuracy of data provided by external sources.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
