LeadPrimer Help

Watchlists

A watchlist tells LeadPrimer which LinkedIn posts to monitor. Once set, the pipeline runs automatically every week.

The three watchlist kinds

Creator

Follow a specific person or company page. Every new post they publish is scraped for commenters. Use this when your buyers follow an influencer, competitor, or industry voice.

Own content

Watch your own LinkedIn profile or company page. Anyone who comments on your posts is already aware of you — these are often the highest-intent leads.

Intent keywords

Track public posts that match keywords or phrases your buyers use when they're in pain or evaluating solutions. We also treat the post author as a lead on keyword watchlists.

What happens after you create one

  1. Each week, the pipeline discovers the latest posts matching the watchlist.
  2. Comments are collected; reactions are ignored because they don't signal intent.
  3. Commenters are de-duplicated against your account's seen-set across all time.
  4. Qualified, verified leads are delivered to your dashboard and CSV.

Limits

Each plan has a watchlist cap: 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth, 25 on Pro. You can pause a watchlist anytime; paused watchlists don't count toward your active cap.
